As a piano performance major in college and a huge gamer, I can definitively say that this is top notch arranging for the piano and it accurately represents the music of the game on piano. Incredibly idiomatic to the instrument, especially for experienced pianists. *However*

If you actually want to play the music inside this gorgeous book... Go buy the performer's edition that Materia has on their store for the same exact price... Or buy the digital sheet music for even less. Granted, this edition has wonderful artwork, but the binding dislocates the pages like it's some sort of magic trick. My copy is now 20% tape (I've added tape connecting every page at the base because they like to pop out simply by you looking at them. Like the hollow knight, this vessel for the sheet music is not pure. This edition = hollow knight (looks cooler but annoying). Performer's edition = the knight (probably. I don't own it but it solves the binding problem (which makes you wonder why'd they make two editions to begin with...))
Anyways. I LOVE IT SO MUCH. The city of tears arrangement is my favorite, and the arranger even composed more music to it, but it feels just as good and right as Larkin's original score and I wouldn't bat an eye if I heard it in game.

The score is incredible. Bravo ! The price : 75 € (taxe 17 € en France + 55 € score & frais de port) is a bit expansive. Anyway we are very happy ! And the artworks on the score are fabulous ! Bravo !

The binding is terrible. The book will not stay open and the pages will fall out after repeated use. Don't waste your money on this "standard edition" of the book.
