Stemage is a composer, session player, and pinball fanatic. As the founder of Metroid Metal and other video game music bands, Stemage is also the guitar player and co-composer for the Emmy-nominated Steven Universe and has worked on music for Google, The Avett Brothers, Choice Provisions, Brave Wave Productions, and Japanese composers including Manami Matsumae (Mega Man) and Keiji Yamagishi (Ninja Gaiden). Stemage has been making music and band-hopping for over 25 years and currently resides in Santa Cruz, CA.
