Black Friday/Cyber Monday Information

Welcome to the Materia Store Black Friday/Cyber Monday 2025 Sale!

We're thrilled to welcome you back to another year of incredible discounts for Black Friday/Cyber Monday (BFCM).  Please read the information below carefully before placing an order.

What's Happening?

As in previous years, Materia Store will have its hourly POWERHOUR sale, where products are offered at deep discounts of up to 75% off. Every hour, a new collection of items will be on sale. 

POWERHOUR lasts from November 27th at 9 PM PT until December 1st at 11:59 PM PT. Free domestic shipping is available for US customers on orders over $100. 

BFCM Shipping Policies

  • These policies supplement our standard shipping policies, which can be viewed here.
  • Materia Store has a small, dedicated team that works very hard to fulfill your orders. We will do our best to ship out your orders within 5 business days. No cancellations will be accepted for orders placed during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale. We will be diligently working to get all orders out as quickly as possible. While our fulfillment and customer support teams will be working around the clock please note that your order may be processed before customer support has a chance to review a support inquiry. 
  • Orders will be shipped out on a first-come, first-serve basis. Orders placed using priority shipping will be packed before orders using Media Mail.  Orders shipped with Media Mail are not eligible for insurance, and we cannot offer support for any orders shipped with Media Mail. 
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes like VAT, import fees, or any other fees that are outside Materia's control. No refunds will be provided for rejected, unpaid, abandoned, unclaimed, or destroyed mail due to unpaid fees.
  • If your order includes a pre-order, the entire order will be held until the pre-order arrives in our warehouse, and all items in your order are in stock. Please place separate orders if you would like in-stock items to ship immediately. Pre-order dates are subject to change.
  • POWERHOUR orders can not be combined, and separate shipping must be paid for each order.  
  • Customer support may be delayed due to high volume. Please allow 2 business days for a response.
